Disney Cruise Excursions: advice needed!

So, we booked the cruise to Disney! Now we need to figure out which day trips to take. The cruise stops at Key West, Grand Cay, Cozumel and Castaway Cay.
Our kids are 4 and 6. The six-year-old has special needs, and does not like big crowds or anything noisy, but does love things that go/animals.
Any advice appreciated!

Wow, there's so many to choose from! But we love the Dolphin excursion in Cozumel. Depending on when you sail though, the ship may skip the Mexico ports due to the swine flu.

Castaway Cay is amazing, as is the Dolphin Discovery in Cozumel.
If your kids enjoy the pool -- the pool is really quiet on the port days, so it may be worth it to just do a quick look at the port dock & go back to the ship to swim .
have a great time -- the Pirates night was my favorite .. the fireworks were unbelievable
