Hi Doggy Mama's! I'm wondering if anyone here has had any experience with Skye Terriers and if you would recommend them as a good family pet, especially with children?

I have read all about them but it's always great to hear from people who actually have experience with the breed and can give more personalized insight.

i like clover. speaking of pups.... my Daisy just went into heat. she will breed next week and i will hopefully be surrounded with adorable Cavalier pups in few months.

she comes with the name Darby,but pretty sure we're gonna change it,we have a few picked,but waiting to see which suits her,maybe Clover,as her moms name is Shamrock,we'll see.Thanks we think she's cute to,one of my boys calls her clean!

well we finally have a dog lined up for our family!A friend of mine who lives in Pa.,has a puppy left that they didn't really have time to work with,and she knew we really wanted a great family/kid dog,so she offered us her last puppy! She is an olde english bulldogge from the original leavitt line,so I'm really looking forward to her great personality with much fewer health issues than american & english bull dogs have.We're very excited and can't wait to go pick her up!
