To let go of the anger. Holding onto the anger prevents us from healing and moving on. We can forget who we are inside, we can lose ourselves, we can miss the beauty and blessings we have in our lives if we hang on to anger and hatred.

To use the courage you had to get away to fuel the rest of your new life. To yes let go of anger and to eventually feel sorrow for the perpetrator.Believe in kama, not in a malicious way but as a sense of security that good things will be in store for you and as 'god' will pay you back tenfold.Tell your self everyday aloud 'i am worth more' and to gently let go each day.....im still working on this..xx
