Rape & Responsibility

Because rape is, if not part of domestic violence, then a very related issue (It too is about power -- and the victims of rape, like survivors of domestic violence, are often blamed for what is done to them.) I'm hoping that you all will read about and continue the discussion regarding statements made on VH1's Tough Love show.
