Hey crazy heifer (lol luv the name!) how did it start out? The spin classes? Were you hooked from the start? Just joined a gym near home, angry at myself to say I have been in office setting too long and am now out of shape- not thinking I will be able to keep up just yet. How difficult did you find it to be?

Anyone into spin classes. I just discovered them these last couple of months and love them. I am even thinking about becoming and instructor. Spinning is great for people looking to loose weight. The class is a major endurance booster and calorie burner. It is great for people who have joint problems walking because there is no impact on the joints. I would love to hear from others who have had some success with this class. Let me know Thanks.

If you think that exercising on an empty stomach will help you lose weight or burn more calories, think again. By not fueling up first, you only set yourself up for fatigue, which can shorten the duration and intensity of your workout - and in turn you’ll end up burning fewer calories. What to do? Eat a healthy snack or a Lean & Green Meal before exercising. Then you’ll be in good shape to lose weight!
