I try to get all the exercise I need from cleaning the house, walking to the store, mowing the lawn and dancing. I workout at least 45 minutes to an hour about 3 or more days a week sometimes. How often do you work out to keep yourself in shape?
I need to work out every single day - I think alot of that has to do with my age, though. It just takes more work as we age. I try to even throw in Saturday as often as I can. The only day I take off is Sunday's. I do a brisk walk 3-4 times a week, and weights and bodytoning twice a week.
To keep in shape, 3 times a week with my Leslie Sansone DVD's. Depending on the day and how busy I am, I usually do 20 minutes to 45 minutes. Sometimes I use 3lb weights or a resistance band. To lose weight, 5-6 times per week with an hour on Saturday. I usually eat more on the weekends, so this is my repentance.
