Yes! I just started doing Yoga. The program that I'm currently working on allows me to do it once a week. I am seeing fantastic results and I am finding myself being more flexable. I just turned 42 and and feeling better all the time!

I've been doing yoga and i love the way i feel stretched out and chilled-though my class is advanced. The mindset of yoga is really appealing to me-accepting your life where you are right now and focusing and feeling grateful for what we have.I so believe in it i took a class the day before a forty mile competition with my horse!

I have been practicing yoga for a little over two years and teach childrens yoga as well. Yoga is apart of my daily routine and has changed my life tremendously. Becouse it is a mind, body, and spirit exercise it has allowed me to find out things I didn't know about myself. I've never felt more happier than I feel now.

I can't go anywhere without my yoga mat (it's one of my precious carry-ons during this summer's travels). My favorite part about it -- and there are many things I love about it! -- is that my practice changes as I change. It can be about strength, flexibility, nourishment -- whatever phase I'm in during my life. amazing. my son now likes to pull out his mat next to mine with his baron baptiste yoga cards and do his own practice...very special time.
