Hi all, I'm new here. I have been really bad about exercise for the last few years, but am finally beginning to realize that the more I exercise the better I feel and then not only do I feel better, but lose the weight, which then makes me feel better, which then encourages exercise ;) I think you see where that is going :) It started when I started Karate lessons a year ago. I can't believe the difference of how I feel... and the biggest thing is, I didn't drop that many pounds, but I dropped a WHOLE LOT of inches!!! Anyway, that is me :) Still on the journey to find what works great for me!

Livestrong.com has a great page called "the daily plate." It's free and you can track your exercise, eating, join groups for motivation, etc. I encourage you to check it out.

OMG, I LOVE The Manolo Challenge! What an awesome way to stay motivated!! I just saw an abs challenge in the back of Oxygen magazine where the editor is rewarding $1,000 for the best abs transformation between now and November something.

Beth, I love my iPod! I haven't had it very long and I had to ask my kids to teach me how to use it but now I couldn't imagine being without it! My kids just got me an iPod alarm clock for my birthday and I love it.

I am trying to lose the last 20lbs from my pregnancy. I just can't seem to get motivated to work out. I want to get an ipod, I think if I did i would not know how to down load songs from the computer. Excuses, excuses! LOL
