Great job, Joanna! I get bored easily and need to vary my exercises constantly. I had a GREAT run today and a WONDERFUL hike the other day, so this week has been fabulous so far!

JoLynn - I couldn't lose those last few pounds either, and then I switched to all natural foods, and Ta Da! It came off in a week! I kid you not! You don't have to buy anything fancy or expensive. Just try to stick to as natural as possible. I also have discovered that yogurt every day has made a difference. As far as my exercise, I have worked very hard with free weights and increased my weights twice this summer. I believe that has helped, too. I think increasing my muscles has made my body function much better and I believe I'm probably burning calories more efficiently.

If any of you are interested I suggest the Postpartum Girdles. I purchased one for my daughter after she had my grandson last month and so far she really enjoys it. Let me know if you'd like more information as to where to purchase it. Good luck to you all!

I am a first time mom and I was determined not to be one of those moms who say oh it's baby fat but there youngest is 8. I have lost all of the weight except 10 pounds and it's not going a anywhere. Any advise?

Hi everyone! So I've gotten a little bored with my exercise routine...but now I've found a great new class! I found two AMAZING classes at NYSC last week - a vinyasa yoga that's really necessary at the end of a busy week, and cardio kickbox, which left me sore the next day (I don't remember the last time I was sore!). I tried zumba a couple times too this past month, but I wasn't too impressed. Anyone else trying new, fun classes?

Curious, how many on here use EFT in any way in their fitness routines?

Hi Kelly, That's awesome. Congratulations. I just did my 2nd Tri this weekend. On my first Tri at Blue Lake, Oregon I won my age group even though I was super slow. My second at Hagg Lake, I focused on cleaning up my transitions and treating the whole thing like a race. Dropped over 16 minutes off my time and was 1st overall female. Third overall in the race. Now I want to train more, get a real bike (I've been using an old mountain bike), and enter in longer races. Kona here I come!
