I DID IT!!!! Actually got up and went (my first day) to Boot Camp this morning 5 a.m!!!!! Did cardio, and weights and stretching. Felt good! Not too sore tonight although shoulder muscles hurt! Will be 3 days a week. Hoping to get up and walk tomorrow. We will see if I can get my lazy rear out of bed!!!

Yes, usually once I start working out, the better diet follows. Its like I don't want to sabotage the money/effort I'm putting into the exercise by blowing the diet. I'm excited about starting the boot camp Monday. Thanks ya'll!

Yeah!!! Good for you. I am so excited for you. I do bootcamp too. It's tough but thats the way to really jump in. Once you start exercising you will natuarly start to eat better, the 2 go hand in hand. Keep us posted and good luck.

Think ya'll just might be the inspiration I need to get me moving! Seems like I have had so many "events" here lately: from summer parties, to school starting, parents' 50th anniversary, husband had back surgery this week, that I've used this as an excuse to not take care of myself. (Don't we all have those excuses in our lives?) I am ON it now! Looking forward to being part of this group!!! Will keep in touch with my diet/boot camp!!!

Congratulations Melanie!! If you need a little extra kick in the pants we are here to keep you on track :-) Whenever I pay for or purchase something that tends to make me that much more accountable. You CAN do this!! As far as the eating horribly goes...today is a new day and a fresh chance to eat well. Just focus on that and not on what's already happened.

Taken your advice and Marnie and tonight signed up for a boot camp starting next week. Will be at 5 a.m. (yikes) 3 days a week. Hope that once I commit to it (and pay) that I will be responsible and GO!!! Have eaten horribly today. Disgusting.
