What's your most requested or famous holiday treat?

I remember when my parents went to parties years ago, they'd always take rumaki and/or bourbon balls. Unless they were going to a family event, then they took bisquick sausage balls.
I made bourbon balls for a party at a cafe in town and went to go grab a chum and bring her back to the buffet table to try one. When we got there... it took less than 5 minutes... there wasn't a single one left. I made them again for my partner's christmas party two years ago. People still ask her about bourbon balls.
Our man's mom makes a cranberry trifle thing that my eldest daughter requests every year at thanksgiving. We decided that she has to learn the recipe and make it every year so she will know it to make for her own family when she gets older.
What do you make or have you made that completely surprised you with the amount of requests you get for it, even years later? People who don't remember your name remember this treat...

I make them straight from our halloween pumpkins and make the dough fresh and flaky. I still hate them, but love to see everyone eat them.

Lets see. Every year I made Christmas cookies. There is one for these little cookies half dipped in choc called Pangani. mmm.. EVERYONE loves these. I also make Greek cookies, as that is my heritage and those are a must. I also make homemade peanut brittle.. outstanding this year~ I also found a recipe in Better Homes and Gardens for a malted milk ball cookie. Let me tell you.. My husband takes them to work and they are gone in minutes. A hugely requested cookie they are! I also make baklava, pastitsio, moussaka, greek spaghetti (layered spag with burnt butter and grated parm/romano cheeses inbetween!), minestra (baked chicken and orzo rice with tomato sauce), lasagna(college freind's recipe) and mocha choc chip biscotti (recipe from southern living cookbook.)

hey! Try this.. cluster macadamia nuts (3) on a baking sheet with parchment paper, and then drizzle melted white or dark choc over them. then i flash freeze them so they wont melt. uh. YUM!

I make lots of holiday cookies but one of the most requested is my decorated sugar cookies. I also make a mean chocolate chip with pecan. And there's always "my favorite", chocolate peanut butter cup cookies. Mmmmm. Find all the recipes on my site at www.letsbakecookies.com.
