Any place you recommend to get a cookbook made?

I am going to take all my mother's recipes and make it into a cookbook for her and the rest of my siblings. She is 74 and I want to have it done sometime in the next few months. I will type up all the recipes and I want a really cool and creative cover. Any suggestions? I am really good with Paint Shop Pro so I can design my own. I am wondering the best place to have it printed up.
