I love sci fi and I am married to a sci fi lover. Stargate, Doctor Who, Star Wars books. One reason I love to blog is because it is easier to talk this way than talking one on one. My social skills aren't the best

I'm a scifi geek married to another scifi geek. We have so many books that it's hard to figure out where to hang family pictures. Also a touch of the computer geek. Hoping my kids turn out geeks too, and seeing some early signs in both!

Sci-fi/fantasy, game, and gadget geek. Married to a sci-fi/fantasy, tech, game and math geek. Our children don't stand a chance.

I'm an eclectic geek married to a computer/coder geek (although he prefers the term nerd) trying to raise little geeks to help expand geekdom in the world. I'm a sci-fi, medicine, fantasy, computer, bargain, food geek with crafting starting to wind it's way into my life.

Hi folks - so I am new here!

I am Vicky and live in the beautiful Isles of Orkney - just off the North coast or Scotland. I have an almost 4 year old daughter, Milly and a 6.5 month old son, Robbie!

I am officially a GEEK - My life is computers....my business is technology (if a little on the arty side based!) I am a gamer, bogger, Sci/fi fantasy geeky type LOL!!

I am a WAHM - I run my own photo enhancement company from home www.enhance-me.com I love being able to stay at home with my kids and do something I absoloutely LOVE!

Looks like there a lot of members here with similar interests! - look forward to making some new friends!! xXx

I feel like I belong here. I'm a scifi geek and a computer geek. Our house is overrun with them. (I still say my Mac is better than all the PC's put together!) I'm a constant reader when I'm not crafting. My hubby and I are trying hard to raise a geeky child.

Now here's a group that's well within my comfort zone! I'm a geek, raising another generation of geeks. My daughter studies math for fun -- MathCounts, AMC tests, and so on. My son is teaching himself Python. They're both happiest with their fellow geeks and don't care about being different from the norm.

Then again, what IS the norm these days?

Did anyone here realize that Facebook allows you to select Pirate English as a language? My husband showed me that feature. Love the pirate talk, sorry the day is over!
