I am surrounded by laundry, so much laundry, slept in the corner of the bed. Which is dirty? Clean? I let him do laundry for one day thinking, what a nice guy! He washed and sorta dried some of it. Now I have to sniff and inspect the madness to determine what still needs to be washed and O God the IRONING. It sat around and crumpled up and then the kids, the kids piled on it. AAAAAA!

ugh, I'd rather rewash all that stuff than iron it!! I hate ironing!!! Well, as far as laundry goes, I usually only ever trust my husband to start or switch over the laundry. The rest I know is up to me...we agreed on which chores are his and which are mine and seldom cross over, only to help a little here and there. he scoops the cat poop, takes out the trash, sweeps the floors and cleans the bathroom. and he helps out with the dishwasher too. i cook, do the laundry, most of the dishes, file papers, keep common areas neat (as neat as i can...haha) i have had to resign myself to a lower standard of clean, but it even gets to him after too long so i know it'll get done eventually...and I remind him...often...haha

Unfortunately no level of filth "gets" to my husband. So far I have only put away my stuff and the kids stuff. The pile on the floor is about two feet high and I am out of hangers. Hmmm, maybe the Salvation Army could use a dozen shirts or so...

Are you sure that wasn't my husband over there doing your laundry? Sounds soooooooo familiar!

And let me just say, I do NOT iron! The goal is to get to the dryer before it has a chance to wrinkle. Its a race, don't ya know! Otherwise, if he wants it completely absolutely wrinkle free, he can go in the storage room and locate the iron himself! HAH!!
