Hey! Anyone maxxed out by TOO MUCH STUFF?This year, skip the plastic packaging, gift wrap and birthday mess with INLU.COM -in lieu of excess hassle and waste...people pitch in for gifts, leave a message and donate to charity in one click.

Started by two moms, INLU.COM is helpful for families looking to streamline gifting -kids can have a birthday party, all friends pitch in for something and excess funds go to charity. This way, money we usually spend on cards and bows and shipping can be put to a good cause, kids still get something cool and parents can feel good about reducing the hassle and waste associated with parties, holidays and more.

SEE A REAL INLU HERE.

email info@inlu.com and let us know what you think! Thank you!!!

go to any charity.

Hi Green Mommas, I know many of you consume soy so this article might interest you because doctors warn against eating soy for certain people/conditions. Have a great weekend. http://www.examiner.com/examiner/x-17146-Dallas-Womens-Health-Examiner~y2009m9d4-Medical-doctors-warn-about-the-dangers-of-women-and-infants-consuming-soy-milk

Michelle, you are welcome. I have not had a cold or flu in 5 years (since I have been living holistically). This past spring, my husband was bed ridden with the flu for 3 days, my children were kept home from school for a week, and my 20 month old toddler got both A and B back to back, while I remained flu, cold and sniffle free. My toddler played every day, which I contribute to his vitamin D levels-he was created with chlorella-lol, and I used garlic oil religiously, which also stops colds and flu. I have been taking chlorella and vitamin D3 for 4 years now,and oh, it manages my high blood pressure. I cannot say enough about it. You can also eat the garlic and it helps to prevent flu or it makes it milder. Take care!

Thanks for the article Toni! I'm just came back from the store to get some other homeopathic stuff and wish I had known about these a couple of hours ago! I've had either a very bad cold or mild flu that started on Sunday. I've been loading up on all this stuff. I went back to the store to stock up, just in case my hubby and kids get whatever I had.

If you are interested in an alternative method to fight swine flu, try chlorella and vitamin d: http://www.examiner.com/examiner/x-17146-Dallas-Womens-Health-Examiner~y2009m9d2-Chlorella-and-vitamin-D3-fights-influenza-types-A-B-C-and-swine-flu-H1N1

What do you need for a safe, waste-free and cute lunch for your kids going back to daycare/school?
-Reusable lunch bag or backpack.
-Reusable utensils and bowl. Bamboo is a very eco-friendly option.
-Reusable placemat.
-Reusable waterproof bib or cloth napkin.
-Reusable bottle. For babies choose safe plastic (BPA free and phthalate free) bottle. For older kids choose stainless steel water bottle.
-Reusable containers and snack bags. Stainless steel or glass containers are a safe alternative to plastic. Choose cloth snack bag instead of plastic bag.
-Reusable labels for naming all your kids items.
