How to Follow on Twitter?

Hi-this may be the most stupid question ever, but how do I easily follow people here on Twitter? For a group of moms devoted to Twitter, it seems awfully hard to open and log into my Twitter account, open a separate browser of Twittermom, find a profile of someone I want to follow, scroll down, find their Twitter name, click the link, and press follow. Am I missing the easy way to follow moms found here on Twitter itself, as well befriend them here?

Well, if you are logged into twitter in the same browser that you are browsing Twitter Moms with, you should be able to click on a member's image to get to their profile. Scroll down after comments to see their Profile Info. There, there should be a link to their twitter page. Click on the link to get to their page, and then click the follow button.
