What's up w/ the photo loader?

When I try to up load photos on my blog site they are coming out too big and very distorted. Why is that? My profile pic loaded just fine. And they load fine in the photo album section as well.

Do you see what I'm talking about?? Holy cow! Is anybody else having that problem? I can't get any of my pics to load on the blog correctly.

Okay I think I've got this one figured out in case anybody else has the same problem. I had to hit the "options" button after I uploaded the photo, and choose "thumbnail" . The picture then comes out normal size, not thumbnail size, but not supersize either.
