Oh man, that annoys me too. I'm always talking to the screen like "a gallon of paint is $25 people".

And buying old homes and taking away all the character - - WHY? go buy new construction if you want something modern. Some people just don't appreciate the value in older homes.

it urks me to when a couple or someone is looking a house and judging the color or "wallpaper" that is on the walls. That can easily be changed. LOL

Oooh, but I HATE HATE HATE when people buy charming older houses, then rip out everything original and turn the place into a bland, boring, cookie cutter house (albeit with more expensive materials). Or maybe I am just strange.

I love property virgins. Funny though people seem to pay more attention to things they can change like paint, wallpaper and furniture. I want to say stop worrying about the paint heck you can change the color concentrate on things you can't change easily like the floor plan, neighborhood number of bedrooms!

I am having withdrawal systems because I haven't seen HGT since last Thursday when we moved and the hotel room doesn't have it. Cable, well I have to call everyday to see about getting a cancelled appt. so I don't have to wait till the 9th. In NY, it was next day service....... I can't wait for cable for my HGTV and baseball.
