Frostyplace?

I downloaded this app last week and love it. It's called Frostyplace - http://tinyurl.com/dazdq4. It was free when I downloaded it but I think it may now be 99c. It installs a ton of icons and smiley faces that you can use when text messaging (only works from iphone to iphone though). The icons are very cool. One thing to note - I downloaded this app before I updated my phone with the latest software. Apparently, it doesn't install properly with the new software. My husband had this problem, but he found Touch Dial Emoji - http://tinyurl.com/baxp33, which is very similar and likes it.

If you have 99c to spare, it's a lot of fun!
