Tracy,
I have 3 boys and one girl, my daughter and I understand your delima! Not to mention most of my friends all have boys. The testosterone around our has been pretty thick over the years. The best advice is to keep your sense of humor at all cost. lol.

Honest you can survive. Mine are mostly grown. ;) ages 24, 23, 17. My dearest daughter is 19.

Hi all! I am a mother to 4 wonderful children. I have 3 boys and 1 girl ages 7, 5, 4 and 6 mo. I have been reading thru some of the comments and like some have said we have been looked down apon by other cause we have more than the norm but I honestly can't imagine my life any more normal than now. I absolutely refused to have a small family as I am an only child and hated it but my boyfriend, partner, other half whatever you want to call him, is the youngest of six.

Hi I am Mom to one step son now grown and five boys ages 16, 13, 8, 6 and 4. I would love to hear from other moms of multiple boys and how they keep from drowning in all the testosterone!

Hi everyone. By this groups standards, our family is small (4 kids, age 7-14), but when I am in the car, chauffeuring them around, our family seems enormous! Can't wait to get some tips for my sanity!

Thanks Jen :) I would possibly even have wanted more in the future but will def be getting my tubes tied after this c section. I love my children soooo much, they are my life ! Luckily my mother in law is much more understanding than my own mother ( my husband has 3 other siblings )

It's a bit disheartening that the "norm" is only a child or 2 and that's also wonderful but it should be frowned upon to have a large brood. I get the same sort of unapproving comments from family & friends alike in their own subtle way but I pay no attention. I can't imagine my life w/out my 4 babies and we don't yet know if there will be more but who knows?? : )

Melanie, hang in there and your mom will come around. Our whole family thought we were NUTS for even considering a 4th but now they can't imagine life without them. We would have continued if the other pregnancies hadn't been difficult! Congrats on your next little addition : )

Hello everyone ... I am Melanie, a 27 year old mommy to 3 wonderful children ( soon to be 4 in sept. 09 ) i have a daughter who will be 8 in june and two sons ages 4 and 6 . I have had c sections with my previous 3 children and am alittle scared about this next one ( but am hoping since i had no complications with the others this one shouldn't be any different) I am hoping to connect with other moms of large families, sometimes it would be nice to have someone to talk to ( i am not real close with my mom who lives in TN and i am in pa ... she had all negative things to say when i gave her the news of this newest baby - some people can be so cruel ) But my husband and i love our large family !
