twitter moms: the influential moms network

This is mine. Sorry if the picture isn't all that great. Some of the things that I want to accomplish are---running my first 5k (signed up for one in March), college paid in full for both kids, traveling to tuscany, researching my family roots, and being the best, and healthy mom I can be. I would love to see anyone else's if they have one.

My vision board is something that I look at daily. I know the picture is not the best...I took it with my phone. But on it you will find the word God, because he is the center of my life and without Him I am nothing, therefore I would have nothing. The island you see is Young Island which is like paradise it's where we went on our honeymoon 14 years ago, I'd love to go whenever I wanted throughout the year. There's a globe with the continent of Africa. I would love to go to Africa for a homecoming and experience as many countries there as possible. The open books represent the author in me and the goal to complete a book. There are pictures of large arenas where there is one speaker on stage, my goal is to take my seminars to larger audiences and speak in front of thousands. Even though I have a luxury car, I love a Range Rover. We don't believe in debt, so my goal is to purchase a Range in the next few months in cash. The money is actually $1m which is the amount I want to make this year. The homes have been built by our favorite builder which is Jas-Am. He builds homes here in Charlotte and he builds maybe 3 homes a year. My husband and I love his work, we actually have met him and have been to his personal home. My dream house will be built by him. He's the best I've seen ever out of all of the majoy cities that we've lived in. I have words on my vision board such as home, function, comfort, family, love, God, health, wealth, safe, success, empowerment and peace. Many of those I have but want to continue to have and on greater levels.

So that's my vision board that I enjoy everyday.

That's great! This definitely works. When I sold Mary Kay, we called it a dream board, but it's the same concept. You've inspired me to do this for my business, Legendary Beauty, now. Thanks!!!

I absolutely have a vision board. I did the vision board during the Summer of '08 after being laid off from my job as a medical writer. Interestingly enough I put on it that I wanted the following: Hope for Healing hearts, Rich Ideas, newsletter and coaching, my own business, to follow my heart...

I didn't realize it until this post that I had actually accomplished many of my goals by starting this group....

Plus, I've actually started my website...synolve.com and will have a newsletter soon! Vision boards do work!!!

My board is pretty big...So I took a couple of pics...enjoy & if you don't have one, you should!!!

Love Ya!!!

Wow vision boards...
I had a vision board a couple of years ago. I enjoyed putting it together.
After coming into this thread I'm considering giving it another shot.
