The first thing to achieving your dream is to know what you want. What is it you want out of life? What is it you want to do? Is it a place (vacation, vocation), person (hubby, boyfriend, etc.) or thing (business, success, achievement, dream)?

I am greedy. I want happiness, good health, physical fitness, and financial freedom. I want to be a published author someday. I want to travel. I want to raise my kids to be healthy, happy, and productive. On that end, at least, I can't complain too much; my children have turned out wonderful :)

I will meet my goals, someday, somehow.

Good luck to everyone else in making your own dreams come true! I will be helpful and supportive in whatever way I can!

My biggest dream right now is to be working full-time empowering girls and women!! I'm a physician recruiter and it is sooooooooooooo not what I want to do. So I'm starting right where I am with my empowerment group for girls but long to be getting paid somehow giving, supporting and empowering others. We are trying to turn our group into a non-profit so that we can get funding, so that is another dream as well!! I know all things are possible with God so I just have to keep plugging forward!!

Good post. What do I want? 3 happy, productive young men. (One down, two to go.) A healthy body. (This I can manage with daily exercise, meditation and good eating habits.) A happy marriage. A few good friends. These things I have. I would like to be financially independent and not living from paycheck to paycheck. I still need to figure this one out. There is so much to choose from. I need to be true to myself on making this decision. Because I also want to be able to be an influence for good in the lives as many people as I can be. I will keep you posted on this one.

Speaking about wants. I would like for the ladies to think about this..."Success is getting what you want....happiness is wanting what you get." Always keep that in the forefront.
