This is for group is for discussing different ways to live on a budget. My husband and I got introduced to a man called Dave Ramsey who has taught us to live on a tight budget and to have a goal of becoming debt free.

With my budget being week to week for the moment. My husband just started a buisness and we are still waiting for the time it is profitable..I now it will be, he just got his first check and I was so proud of him. But he doesn't really get involved in the finances..So I need all the advice I can get. I am great with making the minimim into the max..just need a few creative new ideas...99 percent into my fincances..husband just thinks they pay themselves..lol
he's not that bad:)

I am a SAHM to 3 and I run a website called SwapSavers for frugal folks who love coupons, rewards and saving money. On my site there is a free budget worksheet that you can download into Excel. The budget worksheet auto generates paychecks, has a built-in tax estimator, allows for up to 4 budget scenario. Check it out!

Hello everyone! Just wanted to introduce myself, my husband & I read a book a couple of years ago called "The Total Money Makeover" by Dave Ramsey; a must read! Because of this we were able to refinance our home (we were in a bad loan) before the bank crisis and market crashed. In the book he talks about an envelope system budget and debt snowball. We budget EVERYTHING! And any extra money goes towards a debt, starting with the lowest debt first. We cut up all of our credit cards and have paid them off! We are now working on the family vehicle. It is a lot of work, but well worth it.
This group is to share ideas, support or frustrations with living on a budget. I hope u join:)
