We can't focus on every aspect of our wellness all the time, so what's your latest fascination? Vitamins, eco-health, toxins, meditation...?

We as a family (well, hubby and I, since Little Bit isn't on solids yet) are focusing on cutting out or at least minimizing our junk intake. We don't get anything fast food and have been having things like sweets very minimally now. It is hard when we have opposite needs. I am trying to boost my calorie intake and eat things that will help me gain (long story), and hubby is trying to lose his "sympathy baby weight" from when I was pregnant! (LOL no lie!)

At the moment into hypnotherapy whilst going to sleep, great for getting to sleep. Also trying to remember to eat more often to boost the metabolism.

I am focused on diet right now to bring my body fat to about 18%...but I think after I get there, my ultimate goal is about 15-16%. I am also working on building more lean muscle mass at the same time. =)

My oldest daughter and I committed to getting to a healthy weight with healthy eating choices and exercise in the form of daily walks with the dog for 45+ minutes. Since we've made this change, I've started losing consistently and am feeling very happy with my progress. I can actually start seeing the results and that makes it easier to commit to success. One thing I'm finding a great help is the daily newsletters I get from Hungry Girl - I just bought her cookbook on Amazon and I love her ideas for healthy choices - particularly her restaurant reviews as I eat out a bit... highly recommend her!

Am reading "The kid-friendly ADHD & Autism Cookbook", thinking that it may be time for us to take the leap to this diet, which I'm guessing it would be good for us all. It will be a HUGE shift, so that may be about the only wellness focus I'll manage for a bit!

They say the average woman leaves the house w/over 100 chemicals on her body between shampoo, styling products, makeup and deodorant. I'm trying to get down to close to zero. So far I've switched my make-up to Tarte (paraben and phthalate free) and I switched to organic shampoo. I can't seem to find a deodorant that actually works that's healthy though, so I might have to stick to my aluminum chloride concoction. Better that than being smelly in front of my clients!

My son has Sensory Integration Disorder (on the autism spectrum but very mild) and we had him tested for allergies, he was allergic to corn, soy & nuts. When we took them out of his diet he improved dramatically w/in 2 weeks. It was more effective than all the OT he's gotten!

Eating every 2.5 - 3 hours - lots of different lean protein, egg whites only. Buckets of fresh veges, very limited carbs (losing that last 2kg post baby fat) no fruit (til after I loose the weight) and basically nothing that comes out of a packet or tin (except tuna and salmon). Lots of herbs and spices. The only exception is a little no fat dressing. No soft drinks (soda) and 2 litres of water a day. Lots of sleep (still workng on this). My only vice at the moment is a skim soy gloria jeans capaccino every day! Theres the odd occassion that I splurge but I want to be as good as possible til at least Xmas. Keep you posted.

Moving every day - walking, yoga, bellydancing, whatever... working on diet too, but since I've made a lot of progress there, it's moving right now.

I need HELP? I've lost my way (again) on this weightloss rollercoaster. Why is it so easy to get off track? I need someone to help me stay on track daily, weekly, to help me make this a "I'm in it for the long haul" mentality, and put it first before anyone else? If there's anyone who is good at consistently checking in and would enjoy helping stay on track, I would "GREATLY" appreciate the help.

I detoxed my home 3 years ago, and also started on a nutritional program that includes vitamins and supplements. My asthma has not returned since I started. I have more energy now and my whole family is healthier! My granddaughter is 6 years old and has not been sick and has perfect attendance in her kindergarten class. It was easy to do this and I have saved money too! I buy toxin-free products wholesale and also earn an income referring other families to shop wholesale for healthier products. My goal has always been to work from home and now I have found my dream business! Take a look at my website when you have time! If you need more time, then take a look now and I will show you how to have more time for your family and personal balance in your life! http://www.evelyn1.fourpointwellness.com
