What are your "stay healthy" tricks? Hubby and I have started on the track of eating healthier by eating only home-cooked meals each night and cutting out (most lol) sweet and sodas, etc. But everybody can always use that little "trick" to add that little boost of health or energy.
Mine's not a trick...it's science. I eat every 3 hours. Eat lean protein with every meal, eat healthy carbs, lots of veggies, take my vitamins and antioxidants, and work out. the rest of the day i am just living!
