I really am new to the blogging/networking online with people other than those I already know, but my passion is nutrition, wellness, and exercise. I don't have any certification yet, but hope to someday soon. I am a business partner with a vitamin supplement company that has opened my eyes to how important nutrition really is and how much the proper nutrition can heal so many of our bodies ailments. I am an avid weight lifter. I love to work out. I love the gym. I love learning. I am such a research-bee. I have many friends who I've guided to healthier llives. I could spend all day learning about, talking aobut, working on, etc. nutriton, health and wellness.

Hi gals,
I'm Theresa - I am a mom of 3 great daughters. I have a lot of weight to lose, but my oldest daughter and I have turned around our eating habits and added daily exercise to our lives and it's working, slowly but surely. I work full time and have an online scrapbook store as well as family and friends, so I'm one busy woman. Love connecting with others, though, and enjoy getting to know you all!

Hi Twittermoms, I've always been conscious about nutrition. However, I'm one of those that do not like swallowing a boat load of nutritional supplements. In June 08, I was introduced to a unique nutritional supplement personalized to my DNA genetic code (no more one size fits all vitamins for us) from GeneWize Life Sciences, Inc. It's customized to my life style, I can take and break it mix it up in juice and be on my way. The biggest changes that my husband and I both noticed is that after about four days we started sleeping more soundly through the nights (the deep sleep REMs) waking up feeling great no aches or pains. The second thing we both noticed is our energy levels increased ... no more mid day blues and my husband started to lose weight. Now, instead of feeling 47 I feel more like I did at 34. All I do is share with customers how to get their nutritional supplement for free. Today, I've never paid for our supplements. If you would like to become a customer or learn more, please visit anyone of my websites at http://www.mygenewize.com/Dantzler or http:/www.NetworkingSmarts.genefreedom.com. P.S. Customers receive their own website to track their discounts and share with friends and family for free.

Tammy Dantzler

Good Day, Everyone! I have battled weightloss issues most of my life, and female issues as well if you know what I mean? It wasn't until I found Arbonne's products a life saver in my daily regimen. Their natural Progesterone cream, helped me gain perspective and tackle some health issues I thought I was going to have to just live with. There are alternatives to all your health needs, and that is why I like Twittermoms, too, because we can joing arms, learn and share what helps and hopefully it will help someone else too? I also take the Women's Hybrid supplements, which takes the guess work out of what our bodies need, they are individually packaged, so you don't have tons of bottles lining the shelf. I drink Arbonne's Figure 8 Fizzy drink, which gives me energy and my daily water intake. I also use Arbonne's Seasource 7 Day Detox as well to keep my insides feeling alive and healthy. I have also incorporated healing Yoga and Meditation into my regimen and with taking care of my insides, my mind and body are now coming together. I feel like a NEW women, being reborn! Happy sharing, everyone! Looking forward to hearing about everyone's greatness!

Hello all.

My name is Cara and I'm introducing my way around TM here and in the groups that I have joined. My blogsite is http://angelskisses.wordpress.com - but right now I have not updated it in a while, sadly. I will start up with everything more this week and I can't wait!! My poor computer died two months ago, and it's just taken hubby and I this long to get it back to life! So for now, without all of my resources, here I will stay!

I look forward to meeting all new friends around with great ideas and inspirations!!

Hi, I'm Vanessa and I'm a mom of three. I coach people in going green, weight loss, and fitness. Since surviving cervical cancer in 2006, I devote my time to helping other families eliminate chemicals and cancerous preservatives from their homes. Think Wellness!

Glad to hear that you survived cervical cancer, I have had the same experience but 20 years ago.

Congrats on feeling better!! My sis has MS and people tell her all the time how she will end up in a wheel chair...we tell them we don't listen to the negative. NUTRITION call heal almost anything...and she is doing wonderfully. =) Positive attitude and frame of mind are huge in fighting for your way of life!!

Since being diagnosed with a bone disease four years ago and being told I would be in a wheelchair within two years, I have done all I can to learn about wellness and tailor my lifestyle to meet my nutritional needs in a way that supports my immune system and my spine.

In May I ran across a study out of the UK that showed significant gains in folks with my problems who adhered to a vegan diet. There was also some promise in the area of avoiding gluten. In the end I've combined all the studies and am choosing to live vegan, gluten, sugar and caffeine free as well as as close to chemical free as possible.

It hasn't been easy but I am doing much better and the severity of my symptoms is reduced.

A nice side effect of this wellness lifestyle has been a loss of 37.5 pounds. The weight loss really reminded me of how I used to feel before this all began and now taking care of myself has become a priority.

Thanks for starting this group. I'm excited to be included.

Hello all! I'm Daphne. I am kinda new to all this peer networking and bloggin stuff. Maybe one day I will get my own blog site... but for now, I just do them on whatever pages I am a member of... ie here, myspace, geeks etc. I am definitely into eating healthy and once upon a time, when I was in the military, I was VERY into exercise. I hope to gain that momentum back!
