If you're at all interested in mom wellness - whether its nutrition, fitness (mental or physical) or health... we'd love to hear from you. Are you a yoga teacher or avid fan? Do you teach pre-natal nutrition? Do you review food brands on your blog? Are you a health conscious mommy who finds the time to prioritize her wellness?
Please be respectful of the other TM groups on recipes and exercise as we're all looking to live happily together.
Hello, I am thrilled to have found Mama Wellness! I founded the website: Beauty Secrets Spirit Soul & Body with a mission to empower women to achieve their optimal health. I worked for Jordan Rubin, NYT's best selling author of the Maker's Diet and Perfect Weight America as the Weekend of Wellness Consultant.
I've been married for 17 years, and have 3 childrean, preteen and 2 teens. I am passionate about helping my family and others to stay healthy, live longer and fulfill our destinies on this earth. I write inspirational articles for my website, Ultimate Pink Online (Women's Breast Cancers Site) and other onlie Mags.
As a mommy---I endeavor to make wellness a priortiy in our home, but not so strict that I turn my kids off and they rebel. I believe in balance in all areas of life and the most important is teaching them principals for health just like anything else...what you sow is what you reap.
I have already introduced myself, but since then have started a blog that I am so excited to have up and running finally. For now I have a few articles, but it will mainly be a health/wellness/fitness blog. I am sure some other random stuff will pop in, but that is the plan. Check it out and enjoy!
Hi there, my name is Tina, I am a Mom of two wonderful kids. I homeschool them. I learned early on that dairy made my kids sick. They are not allergic to lactose, but dairy somehow. So I have grown and changed so much. I myself did not grow up with a healthy diet. I still struggle with bad habits, but strive to get my family on the right track to health.
I'm a mom to four guys... all more or less un/homeschooled, married 20 years come May. Also a shiatsu practitioner with a self-professed specialty in translating this Asian form of bodywork into western language (mostly on my blog), and working with people (esp women) whose physical issues stem from emotional stuff.
I've just released my first ebook about shiatsu and PMS... hope for it to be the first in a series of translating common issues into Chinese medicine-speak and offering ways to self-treat them.
