Your new textbox

Hi. I have noticed on days that I write down what I eat and when that I am more apt to follow my plan. I thought this would be a good place for each of us to keep a little journal. What do you all think? I thought we could each start our own discussion titled "your name's Food Journal" that we could all read and comment on if need be. You could pose quesitons there if you see something you want to know about. Just a thought.

Great idea Lisa... I'm certainly going to be less likely to sneak another cookie if I know I have to confess it to my Twittermommies. Today's food list includes Cheerios, yoghurt and applesauce for breakfast (although toddler ate half of mine instead of his own breakfast) and a horrible microwavable rice packet and an apple for lunch at the desk...and two Glow Mamas... haven't thought about dinner yet... pizza-man to the rescue maybe?

Glow Mama...lets go! YOu start a discussion and just call it...GLOW MAMA JOURNAL...I will start one called LISA SURVILLAS JOURNAL and we can check up on each other. My discussion opener will tell you about the plan i am planning to follow and you can do the same. =) I am very EXCITED about having someone watch over me here...I will start mine later. I am off to do some work at a local gym. I will confess all...so far my day has been really on track! =)

Food journals bum me out, but my personal compromise is to get on the scale each morning and write down my start weight for the day. It is my accountability and about as strict as I can be with myself. The benefit is that when I get down, I can visually see where the weight really is going down one painful pound at a time...
