It does sound wierd to be talking about fiber, but since it's going to be the next big "Atkins diet" to sweep the nation, lets get it out in the open now... Do you have any secrets for keeping regular? Do any of those new fiber plus products work? Do you notice a difference in your day when you are regular? No graphic details please... some of us may be eating...

My daily diet includes - banana, yogurt with active cultures (Activia) and oatmeal between when I get up at 5:30 am and around 10 am... I also try to have at least 2 more fresh fruit snacks and if I need more in the snack category, I have a Kashi honey, almond, flax bar. I also try to have at least 3 more vegetable servings during the day. Needless to say, regularity is no problem for me... then again, I'm also drinking 96 oz or more water each day as well and no soda (although I do have a few coffees with 1% milk first thing in the morning in case you were thinking I'm some kind of fruitcake). Also, my 20 year old daughter and I take our black lab for a 40+ minute walk most evenings. At first, we did take longer, but since we started wearing sneakers, we've been able to improve our pace on the same route and we're all getting stronger and healthier....
