Hubby and I met at church. I used to work for my church and he would drop by when I was there. It was a wonderful way for us to get to know each other.
We went to the same university, but we met on yahoo personals by accident. So glad it worked out! We never would have met on campus, we just didn't take the same type of classes.
My hubby and I met at O'Sullivans a neighborhood bar. Lol I bought him a beer and said "I bought you a beer 'cause I thought you were cute." His reply was "Well of course you would think that!" Well needless to say I then wanted to pour the beer on him.
My husband and I met in ninth grade. My best friend and his best friend started dating and then fixed us up on a blind date for a formal dance at my school. It's kinda funny because we started dating that night but I wasn't sure about it, he thought it was love at first sight and I kept asking another friend of mine if I should break up with him, LOL : ) After my other friend met him she was like 'don't ever break up with him, he is too sweet'. Needless to say we got to know each other better and now he's my best friend and I can't image what it would've been like if I hadn't gave him a chance : )

We met in Disneyland in 1985. Me from the East Coast and Him from the West Coast. I was 16, He was 18. We wrote and visited each other several times, but ultimately married other people. 14 years later, both divorced, we reconnected on Classmates.com
Been married 5 years now. I had 3 children, but now we have 1 together too. He's my Happily Ever After!

My husband's mom lived next door to me. We were both single parents. He came over to ask if my 4 year old son (from my first marriage), could look through a telescope with him and his children. We have been inseparable since.
My husband played roller hockey on the team with some guys I went to high school with. One of those boys had a crush on me and he invited me to come watch (since I loved hockey)...I went...fell in love with someone else and we have been together since I was a junior in high school. =)
We met on the net! I had just gotten out of a TERRIBLE marriage and was just browsing around Yahoo personals thinking "What kind of people would actually write, or answer, these things?!" However, I ran across his ad and it just "spoke" to me. We emailed and talked on the phone for a week and then met in person. The rest is history!
uh..ya'll are going to freak because of this one! My step-mother introduced me to my husband. He is her brother. Bah-ha! Yes, I live in TN and all that. But No - we are not related. My Dad married her @ 12 years ago and a few years later I met my husband who was so hot, we were immediately attracted to each other and hid our feelings for ... years really. Until I became pregnant and had to tell the family. Sheesh...that's another story for another day!
