Oh and by the way....I'm adding everyone here to my Twitter. Everyone here can have 25 more conservatives to follow just from this group...yay!!

Ack....so sorry everyone! I've been so busy I haven't been here for a bit. Great to see all the new members (welcome!!!) I so agree about feeling like you're the only one. I found a wonderful trick, though. Find a few good Republican Twitterers (if you don't know any, you can search on "Obama" or "Mccain" - ironically if you want to find Republicans, "Obama" works better and vice versa, lol). Start noticing who they tweet with and start following them. @domesticvanilla is a great one and she helped me out a lot with building a good following of Republican Twitterers. It has been SO nice to see Tweets that share my views now, rather than feeling all alone. When I have some more time, I'll post a bunch of names for you all that I've gotten to know in case you'd like to follow them.

Hey, Sauceylady I'm from SA AND a Republican. Nice to see WOMEN republicans. My tweets are often politically laced even w/ my Democrat friends. Thankfully they still like me. LOL I had to unfollow Jake. I was one less "idot" to follow him.

Glad to see this group, and I echo Tammy's sentiment below about feeling like a lonely conservative in Twitter land! (Especially when watching the Twitter Election 2008 page -- a painful experience, don't you find?) Anyway, happy to see this group growing! Thanks, Dawn.
