'Tis the season! Anyone else crave s'mores and have a gluten free favorite way to eat them? Thankfully the Jett-Puff marshmallows and Hershey bar have no gluten and are just plain bad for you :-), but the graham crackers are the tricky part. I've made them from scratch, but have never really liked them. I found some MiDel Ginger Snaps that are slightly bigger than a 'Nilla Wafer. They worked GREAT.
