Mom Cooks Gluten Free

Gluten (found in wheat, rye, barley and oats) has been linked to conditions such as celiac, autism, ADHD, rheumatoid arthritis, infertility, depression etc.! I have written children's books on healthy eating and am working on a gluten free menu book!

Welcome Brenda!!! I just read your post on my blog. Heartbreaking when family members struggle with diagnosis and acceptance and don't do what's right to help their children. There is still hope! Since she was just diagnosed, there is still a chance her dad will reach acceptance and do everything he can to make sure she is no longer sick. In the meantime, keep helping your sister find great gluten free alternatives. There are so many out there and there are so many people who want to help! :-)

Check out my new Mom Cooks Gluten Free Amazon.com store front. I put all my favorite gluten free items in there. They are MUCH cheaper to buy in bulk through Amazon. The awesome Schar pasta is less than $3.50 a box.

We are giving away a great big basket of spices on the iLunchBox site courtesy of The Spice Hunter. They would make any and all or your gluten free cooking that much better. Enter to win!

Just saw the indie film Food, Inc., a real MUST see! Super important message, helpful in understanding the overall picture of our food sources.

Blessings!
