Hi! I am a mom of 5 children and recently discovered I need a Gluten free diet for me and my daughter. I would love to get the entire family on this program, but with a limited shopping budget, haven't figured out how to do this yet. So here I am looking for recipes and ideas.

I love to make freeze ahead meals and stock up my freezer. Such as meatloaf, enchiladas, etc. Any recipes are welcome!

Hi everyone! I just posted another new recipe to my blog...
It's called "George's Catfish Bouillon Soup" and it's GFCF (gluten free and caesin free).

Michelle,
That's great! I cook gluten free for me and the kids. :-) But, we like different things. For example, they still won't eat casseroles or food mixed together. So, when I make stuff like that I give them the separates before I make the casserole....I separate out the chicken, pasta or whatever and give it to them pre-casserole. :-)

Welcome MT! We are so happy you're here! I'm looking forward to hearing about great food ideas and what your son likes to eat. I'm making more and more GFCF foods these days.
