Looking for a few good subscribers (or followers) and blogs to follow
yikes, i just bought the domain for my blog: what she really wants. guess this means i'm official?
i'd love it if you would check it out, follow or subscribe if you like what you read, and i'd be delighted to do the same.
what she really wants is a confessional of my not-so-secret desires, especially as a mommy-to-be and newlywed with a weakness for pretty dresses and handbags (diaperbags?).
also, can anyone tell me why they prefer rss subscribers to followers, or vice versa?
props to manic mommy and laura daly for doing this first. (i'm such a follower.)

I prefer the "follow me" button. It's quick & easier when I'm wanting to subscribe to a blog than trying to figure out how to subscribe to a blog. Some "subscribe to" blogs are easy - you put in your e-mail address & your subscribed, but I have found some that never would let me subscribe, so I just gave up. Of course, I may be the only one who has a problem trying to subscribe to a blog.
On your blog for example, I click "subscribe to post" button & it brings up these different links, so I click google (which is where my blog is) & it brings up "Add to google homepage" or "Add to google reader" & I don't really know what this is. I don't think I have a google homepage. If I do, I don't know it.
Anyway, like I said it could just be me who has this problem. I'm not very computer literate. I really like your blog but I couldn't get subscribed. If I'm doing this all wrong, someone please let me know.

I tried to manually add you to my follow list but it says it doesn't recognize your url. Could you add the follow widget to your blog so that we can just click the follow button? I think that's the only way it will work. Thanks!

i added a follow button just for you! :) sorry you had trouble, good to know...
i actually tend to like to subscribe - i use google "reader" (i do select google & it gets added) but this is a good exercise to learn what what people's preferences and needs are!

thanks! i followed you too, and left a comment on the insomnia post. (best of luck - oh, i forgot to mention, i have a couple of friends who have gotten prescriptions for ambien. they swear by it, but i've never tried it.)
