Information

Mommy Health Bloggers

I was surprised to see that there is not a group dedicated to health bloggers. I've created this group for Twitter Moms who blog about health topics. Here we can share health information and tips.

WElcome TO Ayala and Cascia. . IT's great to see our network growing. I love to talk about health and fitness. Tonight for supper we had buffalo steak and spinach salad. Lunch: natural peanut butter and raw honey. I've been eating WAY too much of that snack lately. When I am in a hurry I eat it on the run!

Hello new friends!
I'm looking forward to some lively and informative discussions.
I'm a pediatrician, with a great interest in nutrition and preventive health, and share my thoughts reglarly on my blog about healthy food and healthy living. Ayala

Thanks for starting the discussion. I am a SAHM blogger focusing on health and our planet. Dr. Oz (you Oprah fans will know who I'm talking about) has an interesting list of 5 ingredients to avoid. Together we should add to it....

Hi there! I'm also surprised there aren't more health blogs! I just started a twittermoms group called Mom Cooks Gluten Free. I started it to help increase awareness about the benefits of gluten free living. I have written two children's books on healthy eating (third one due out soon) and am working on a gluten free menu book! Please join me! :-)

I love health...I'm a health nut---in a good way! :) I am a personal trainer and Boot camp Instructor who loves to exercise daily. Just make it a way of life and it won't feel like a chore or a diet!.

Thanks for starting the health blog. I am a registered dietitian working with Medifast in the weight loss industry and love to blog to help others achieve greater health. Making small dietary changes can make a big difference in your lifespan and health outcomes. Here's to a healthy happy new year!

I blog about everything and since I am a motivational writer I think I should be here...One of the key factors to great health is heaving a happy, peaceful, balanced mind...avoid the stressers! And learn to just love you!
