Hi all. Sally was on this morning and gave an incredible, power-packed, fact-packed interview. I heard about 2/3 of it, and she touched on an incredible amount of information -- saturated fat, granola, eggs, free range and how that is a distorted idea at best. There is a great show on today, actually it starts in about 20 minutes, 3 moms discuss water and health, you can call in or chat it up in the chat room. Water is such an important part of staying healthy, the questions that are always on my mind are, how much is too much, tap vs bottled, plain vs flavored.

Lucy...your blog is so needed, and I am on your path. I have a blog where I explain to women my recovery, and I am well on the way to recovery with the assistance of my doctor of Oriental medicine. For the first time in 6 years I feel healthy enough to have another pregnancy, although I won't because I am 43 now. Before pregnant, I was a dynamo. I asked my Dr. what would have happened to me if I didn't meet him and get help...knowing the answer was deterioration and hospitalization. It rattled me to hear him confirm my suspicions.
