I was surprised to see that there is not a group dedicated to health bloggers. I've created this group for Twitter Moms who blog about health topics. Here we can share health information and tips.

This is a great group to finally see. I started a blog/forum for moms who became ill after delivering. Ive been dealing with chronic health issues for 4 years and wanted to create an outlet for people like me. The site is postpartumillness.com

Welcome, and congratulations on your new baby girl! Another great site on twitter moms is Nourishing Moms, if you want to really learn to use food for healing.

I found a great site called MyFoodMyHealth and they put together meal plans, recipes and shopping lists taking into account food allergies and medical conditions of the whole family. Read more about it and enter our contest to win a free one month subscriptions. Go to iLunchBox for more info.

Hi everyone. Ryan and I finally did it and opened the discussion of exhausted moms and how that affects the relationship. Check it out at www.movingstronglyforward.typepad.com. Hopefully our discussion will help you or someone you know.

We are high saturated fat eaters with fabulous health benefits. Low fat does the body a disservice. Check out my blog at www.movingstronglyforward.typepad.com. I have great cholesterol, maxed by stress test, and eat high fat. Without fat, nutrient absorption is minimized. Don't know if that is interesting for your needs or not.

I am open to any heart healthy nutrition topics. I'm not a nutritionist and so anything that discusses a low fat diet would be interesting to me.
