Opposites

After I had my first, people would then ask, "When are you going to have another?" I've always thought that was funny. Everyone always automatically assumed you were going to have another child.
Then when you decided to have another and talked about it with other moms who already had their second, it was always "It'll be the complete opposite of your first". Of course, you just laughed.
Oh boy, were they right.
My 21 yo and 17 yo couldn't be more opposite.
The 21 yo is a gear head. Totally into cars.
The 17 yo is my computer tech or computer geek.
The 21 yo isn't that savvy about computers.
The 17 yo isn't that savvy about cars.
One likes rice. The other doesn't.
One likes seafood, the other doesn't.
One likes rap.
The other, more classical, orchestrated music
One is more social.
The other more introverted.
Night and day.

So true ... granted my boys are only 2 & 5, but I crack up over how different they are every day...
One will eat 3 things .... chicken nuggets, pb&j, and pepperoni pizza!
One will eat anything!
One thinks picking up toys in boring!
One jumps at the chance to help me do anything!
One was always a runner - didn't really listen to me when I said "stop" - always scared me!
One is a great listener!
One likes computer games
One likes sport games
I know it's a short list, but like I said they are only 2 & 5 ... I'm sure it will only grow when they get older!
