Hello! I'm Kristin, new to this group. I started WW in September, lost almost five pounds and fell off the wagon. But I've jumped back on and hope to lose more weight and get healthy! Can't wait to chat with you all!

Hey Everyone,

I am new here and I was wondering if anyone has ever tried
www.totellwellness.com? I am currently using their program to learn how to stop emotional eating and compulsive binging. So far, it's been working great.

Anyone else have any experience?

I really like that they have online videos that help you work through
all the exercises. It helps so you don't get discouraged. As though
you have someone there to help you through it. They also have personal
coaching options that would fit any budget. I was really concerned with
that with how the economy is, but I could easily afford it.

I definitely need moms on WW. Went to my first meeting here in Boca and well, all grandparents whose lifestyles are veeeery different from mine so I felt oh so lonely and clueless on how a mom does this.

Have been on WW for 10+ Years. It's the only thing that works for me. Finally reached lifetime after my 1st child and just got back to lifetime status after baby #2. It really does work. If you have questions about the program, feel free to ask. I love it!

I went from 197 lbs to 157 lbs from the end of 2006 to now.
Just been maintaining and keeping it off.
