Hi everyone! How's it going? I thought it would be fun to maybe add a little healthy competition here! How about we post our weekly weigh in reports? It will help keep us on track and always reaching for our goal. I know I always do better if I have someone to "compete" with.
I think if we come here each week when we weigh in and report our losses it will help encourage one another to continue on.
We can also report our gains and get encouragement from each other as well.

This week's weight: 214.6
Loss of 0.8 lb.
Now while that's not a huge lose, I'm happy. Aunt Flo is here and I know I'm retaining water. Actually I felt like I lost the water retention this morning so I weighed myself again and came in at 213.6! I wish I wouldn't have now because my loss next week probably won't be as big. LOL. But, I'm happy with the progress I'm making. Slow but sure.
