What is your fave Mac app?

What can you not live without? What makes you smile every time you use it? Right now my fave is Mac Journal, I even did a blog post about how I can't live without it. In the short time I have been using it (still on the free 14 day trial), it has rocked my world. I downloaded Evernote for desktop and iPhone last night, but I haven't played too much with those yet. What is your fave app?

I never heard of Mac Journal but im so looking it up now! i love iChat,iPhoto,iTunes, and PhotoBooth.

I'd have to say that since so many apps are cross platform, my most favorite Mac app has got to be the operating system. OS X is the most user friendly yet powerful operating system ever.
Currently "alive" in my dock: Tweetdeck, Gallery Remote, Font Book, Firefox, Safari, Mail, iTunes, Bridge, Photoshop and BBEdit.
I like VersionTracker to keep up on the latest updates ;-)

Evernote is one of my favorite apps. I've been using it daily for about a year.
I also love Skitch. Have also been using that for a very long time.
My new favorite app is Espresso. I started out using the beta for a few months and was anxiously awaiting for them to release the product to the public for purchase, which they did. So I am a happy now. Oh, Espresso is a one window web development app and it is just awesome.
