What have you been working on?? Can you believe it's already mid March???

I stopped my business when we moved to Montgomery. We're only going to be here for a year and I wanted to concentrate on homeschooling and the family for the year. So I haven't felt the squeeze of the economy. I was able to embroider one of my daughter's Christmas dresses before my machine broke. I finally just got it fixed and quickly made both of them each two pillowcase dresses (complete with monogramming) :) I'm looking forward to making a couple other summer outfits before too long. I'd like to do some appliqué as well.

Hi all! I am working on several fun things for spring. I am making my daughter and her cousin little cowgirl dresses with matching monogrammed hairbows. I am making my sons alligator tshirts and my daughter an easter bunny tshirt. I want to make monogrammed easter baskets this year, but need to find a tutorial. I do not do monogramming for business, only pleasure, therefore I have not felt the economic crunch, however two of my dear friends are staying PLENTY busy with their monogramming business... in fact they try to put orders off on me all the time, but I think I would be too nervous making something for someone to purchase.

Well, lately, I've worked on a few orders of monogrammed bib and burp sets and some custom monogrammed laptop bags! And, no, I simply cannot believe that it's mid-March, although I am looking forward to warmer, spring weather!
