I fell into a black hole this summer and have been out of touch. Somehow just managing my life has become a 36-hour a day job!! Our family budget (and I laugh as I say that word) left us without a pool, vacation, or camp for the kids. It was "mom-camp" all summer and I'm crawling to the finish line. Anyone else looking forward to back-to-school????

Hey there! I'm also brand new to this group and to Twitter Moms and really into the Twitter world.... ja! I have 5 ages 17 to 4 yrs. Only one girl, the oldest :) The most shocked question I had about having 5 kids: "Are all from the same father?" ja! they are and I'm very proud of that. Hi! I have five kids although the oldest is 20 and lives on her own now. I still remember well when they were all toddlers though! I am glad to be here.

We started getting the comments when we were pregnant with our first set of twins. When the second set came along, more comments poured in- "I think that's enough, don't you"? or "You better get your tubes tied".
Although, we never planned on having a big family, we are so happy that God has blessed us with them. Looking forward to chatting with you all.

Hello, Mothers of MORE! I am new to this group of mothers- as We just had our THIRD. I know its not 5, or 6... but in an urban environment - people think we are crazy. We Love our Clan. Would have more if we could! Look forward to your advice!

I have 6 kids and people are always staring at us! We get some nice comments but like everyone else we get some rude ones as well.

The worst comment we've had is: "Time to stop!" But my least favorite is: "Don't you know how that happens?" I just tell people that we are excited and love having a big family. That shuts down most of the comments, at least until we leave the room!

Congratulations on #5 and welcome to the club!!! My favorite question I got when I was pregnant with my 5th was "Was it a planned pregnancy?"...it left me speechless. What about you? Any comments/questions that shocked you?
