Does Anyone Have an Accident-Prone Child Like Mine?

My seven year old son has had more drama this summer than I ever imagined. He bumped his head with another kid playing soccer. He then developed a headache that made him cry and we had to take him to the ER for a CT scan (thankfully, negative). He got bit by my sister-in-law's toy dog from hell. Today he has an knot on his forehead after playing basketball. Is my kid the only accident-waiting-to-happen-child or is this a boy thing? And does it get better?
