My husband and I just celebrated our 5th year of marriage. We are both in our forties raising three children, 3 and under, and we are tired. Check out the wacky way I got here and all that goes with being a Stay at Home Mom. www.primetimeparenting.com

I invite you to read my current blog post on www.MotherhoodLater.com and would welcome your comments. It relates to my 90 year old dad and challenges I'm having being a sandwich generation mom. I find myself struggling emotionally with the situation.

Hi all! I'm new here. Had my daughter 9 years ago at 37 and my son (all 11 plus pounds of him) arrived 2 months before my 40th birthday in 2002. I'm 46. The best thing is, many folks think you're a lot younger than you are because of the young kids. I've been told that I look 36 - 38 (hair color is good). :) I love being a "later in life mom." I feel like I bring more wisdom to the table. Though I'm terribly impatient. But for those women out there lamenting on their 30th birthday that they don't have kids, I am thrilled to share my story of conceiving in my late 30s without medical intervention.

Hi Everyone!
My one and only little girl just turned three, I conceived at 37 after 8 years of trying. It was a long and sometimes heartbreaking process but sooo worth it, I feel blessed everytime I look at her.

Hi Everyone! Nice to see a group like this get started.

My daughter was born when I was 38 (she is 13). I also have two wonderful sons. Not sure I should share their ages here...lol...but they are 33 and 31.

Hello everyone.

I had a c-section when I was 24 with my first son. 12 years later I had my 2nd son at home. Loved the experience of the home birth. Dad caught the baby. We plan on having anther by then I will be 39.

I can say this that it was easier in my 20's than in my 30's but my parenting skill are better now then when I was younger.

I love being a mom.

Hi all -

I am a very lucky later mom. I have 3 beautiful and unique girls, ages 2, 6, and 7. I am now 43 (yes, you can do the math.:) I love meeting other Moms in my age range because we have all worked pretty hard to get to where we are in life with many adventures under our belts. And our kiddos keep us young, right?

Thanks for letting me join!
