Hope everyone's having a great summer. Hard to believe it's the end of July already!

Just wanted to let you know about an upcoming no-cost teleseminar that I will be hosting next week. I'm going to be sharing information about overall health and wellness as well as a nutrition program that I've been on that has really been helping me. For a while now I've struggle with low energy, headaches, a weak immune system (picking up anything that's going around), just to name a few things. I had resigned myself to the fact that that's just how my life was going to be. Fortunately, my best friend from college encouraged me to give this program a try. I really do feel like a different person! And, as a side effect of the program (an added bonus), I have also dropped a clothing size.

If you or any mom you know has some challenges in the area of low energy, weight loss, or overall health and well-being, please consider joining me for this content-packed call.

If you'd like more information, just visit:

Have a great weekend.

I became an adoptive mom of 2 wonderful sons after the age of 35 (much later than 35 to be exact) and would love to share experiences.

Hi--I'm new to this group but had my boy at age 41--he's 8 now--I've just started blogging and really need some help on traffic and other things related to getting this blog going. As far as have patience, I feel that I realize how precious he is. I feel so lucky to have had him
