I am 44 and have 15 month old identical twins girls! I think motherhood at a later stage is GREAT! I got so much done when I was young. I am a WFHM and am grateful for the opp to do so.

Thanks for the replies and support. Twos were nothing compared to this!
I am finding that I have to be really firm with him, but we are making headway-slowly. He is really all boy!!

Hi Darline I have told my girl (nearly 10) that no matter what she will always be my baby. I have also told her that I hope she has a little girl that is exactly the same as her when she is being COMPLETELY objectionable!! :))

Hello! I became a single mother at 40! There were definitely many evenings when I wish I were a younger mother when he was little and full of energy!

My youngest turned 3 at the beginning of March, so I can definitely relate to Darline and the mixed feelings that you're experiencing. I still think of him as my baby, but he's definitely not anymore. He has quite the personality, and I love the little person he has become and is becoming. But it is definitely a transition, and more so for me as the mom. My husband seems great with all of it. Ahh...motherhood.

Hi All,
Bedrest Comfort & Care is live! Yes, my new website is up and running and I am really excited! Please visit www.mamasonbedrest.com and let me know what you think. In case you are wondering, that is me on the home page, 8 months pregnant, in the DVD clip of Bedrest Fitness. This is the fitness DVD that I produced for high risk pregnant moms on prescribed bed rest. I welcome your feedback. Thanks.
