Do any of you have or believe to have a symbol that reminds you of a departed family member?

I have been with three family members while they died ( different times) and I asked them to please send me a sign somehow that I know that its them and everytime I see that "sign"
I will know they are with me. I have a dragonfly for my grandmother..I was having a down n out day thinking of her and a dragonfly landed on my shoulder. I asked if it was her and it circled my head and came back on me. They dont have to be real ones for me to know its her,, could be a woman walking by with a dragonfly broach on, a t- shirt with one on, on a paper, a picture wherever, happens everytime when I think of her. have you ever had this experience? I heard that they are messengers (dragonflies)
