Welcome to OMM - Online Marketing Moms

I love that our initials OMM are an anagram for MOM -- Totally serendipitous, I assure you.

When I applied to start this group, I had no idea it would take off -- especially without my knowledge. LOL I just discovered today that not only had the group been approved, but that we already have 45 members in just a matter of days.

First off, feel free to introduce yourself. Be as loquacious or as brief as you care to be. Here is a place where you can be uniquely YOU.

I encourage you to invite other potential OMMs to enhance our discussions and to help us all help each other. I believe we're not on this earth just for ourselves, but to be of use to the people with whom we come in contact.

Start a new discussion, throw in your 2 cents to an ongoing topic, recruit new members - these are ways we can all participate and make this a DOING group, not just a BEING group. We already have a great beginning!

Looking forward to getting to know you and interacting with my current friends and the friends I haven't met yet.

One of the biggest questions I get from so many out there is "How Do I Do This?"

First off it takes a lot of work and focus to start and online business. You absolutely need to educate yourself on how to do it and how to do it right.

Online businesses are just as time consuming as bricks and mortar businesses but if you get yourself organized and follow the folks out there that have done it, you will certainly prosper and in some cases to a lever that can be beyond your expectations.

There are rules to this game and you need to have a solid foundation to start.

On my affiliate review page, there is a newsletter sign in form. Go there and sign in. There are no strings and no charge. There is also a no spam policy. Spam is just plain stupid...

What I ask for is only your first name and email address in order to send you emails. You will learn some tips and tricks of the trade that I personally use to build my own online business.

I also offer no-charge downloads that you can read online or print out for your convenience.

Make sure you put me on your white list so your emails do not get tossed in a junk folder.
(For those of you just getting use to Internet terms, White List is just a friendly phrase that means add me to your contacts.)

I will also be sending you a one page list of all the terms used in Internet marketing so you can educate yourself on them and use the sheet as a reference guide. Pretty Cool Huh?

I am offering Childrens high quality clothing initially I started with the girls summer clothing and now I am introducing the boys as well for the winter clothing. I am looking at creating one offs for the ladies more in the retro styles. I have currently got a website marlerter to get people to go to the site and this is happening but no one is buying or even subscribing to the quarterly news letter. I have 5 prizes to give away but this isn't enticing people to sign up. Have you got any suggestions. Also keep in mind I really am not upto date with some of the methods of adverticing on the net so my understanding of how to put things on blogs excetra is new to me. Hope that you can help me with my problem.
